Unfortunately, there is no DZ.INI file in the package. Which means the location 
of the file is set when DZ creates that file. 

We could include the INI file in the package. But, this would cause users to 
loose any of there customizations. 

As a temporary fix, I included a duplicate copy of the text file in the 
location DZ expects to find it by default. 

So there are two copies of that file in the package at present. 

I dislike putting text documentation in the FreeDOS bin directory. So, we may 
end up eventually moving the entire Doszip program to a new directory.

But, we can worry about that at some future time.
