Just wanted to let you know, the FreeDOS Software Download and Update
repository for packages at
https://www.ibiblio.org/pub/micro/pc-stuff/freedos/files/repositories/1.4/pkg-html/index.html
<https://www.ibiblio.org/pub/micro/pc-stuff/freedos/files/repositories/1.4/pkg-html/index.html>
has been updated to the latest package versions. The online/download only
packages that are not
included on the release media have also been inserted into that repository.
With the possibility of
only having changes too few packages that may get updates, the repository is
ready for the 1.4 release.
On a side note, I also finally got around to fixing a very minor issue in the
repository management utility
regarding translation of a couple special text characters (< and >) to html. I
still need to do a forced rebuild
on the 1.2 and 1.3 update repositories. I’ll go do that after sending this
email.
