uide.sys causes some strange behaviors with multiple SSDs (or HDD
equivs)
when i boot up my compy4 with out a CDROM it loads the uide driver. i
dont know why let me investigate the output.

here is the strange behavior.
so i boot with the cdrom.bat and such right?
there is no CDROM drive connected
uide.sys is loaded and i load impuse tracker from drive C:\z\it\
my modules are in D:
so i try to load them from D:\4\

and it dose not show any files
so i forcefuly quit and try to dir C:\
the files are not there it shows other files

this is quite a serious bug. i am scared of using it at the moment..

i am willing to test it on my computer! :D

remember multiple SSDs or HDDs
with no CD DRIVE
it worked fine when i had a DVD drive in it and such
i am swapping drives at the moment but i need an IDE extension cable
