I've also cleaned up the "tar" directory in the FreeDOS files archive
at Ibiblio. I've moved this "version 3.21" into a "nonfree"
subdirectory, so it's separate from and won't get mixed up with the
proper open source "tar" version 1.12. There was also an "untar"
source program there, which I put into its own "untar" subdirectory.
