As far as I know, there is no “mirror” of the official repositories on IBIBLIO
which contains the updates for FreeDOS 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and unstable packages.

However, my server has an Unofficial Latest and Unstable repo. It contains all
of the packages that are in the Official "Latest and Unstable" repository on
IBIBLIO. Plus at present, roughly 25% more that are not on IBIBLIO.

So, if you want/need stuff from that repo, you can just fetch them from my
Unofficial Repository at either https://fd.lod.bz/repos
<https://fd.lod.bz/repos> or http://dos.lod.bz/repos <http://dos.lod.bz/repos>
fd.lod.bz forces a secure connection, dos.lod.bz does not and is “DOS
friendly”. Same repo on server.

Alternatively, you can pull stuff directly from the FreeDOS Archive on GitLab.
It is the staging area for packages before the end-up on a repository or in a
release.
However, be aware you may need to concern yourself with branches. The default
branch (either master or main) is the “stable” branch. The “unstable” branch
(when it exists) is what is placed on Interim Test Builds of the OS. It is also
goes into those “Latest and Unstable” repositories.
