[Freedos-devel] international support help for FDNPKG16 (ALSO NEW VERSION WITH FORCE INSTALLATION OF PACKAGE CHOICE!) 0.99.822

I need help correctly implementing this in FDNPKG16 it seems to not work in FreeDOS 1.4 

I think it is the outdated kitten system i am using.
