I merged fdnpkg16 and fdnpkg86 to 1 program that uses httpget externally.
Too many issues with them separate and running like before older
fdnpkg16 will eat ram and you cannot install hundreds of packages when
it eats ram (6400) every time it called httpget(). I just made it so it
can call an external simple program. This dose break international
support for that particular area. About, fdnpkg86 there is a problem
downloading files on my recently acquired Toshiba T1200 system. it just
takes too long! Like over 2 hours for it to fail. This should work now
on all systems with more than 480+k of ram.

program in the li command
just run fdnpkg16 li for my info :D.
