- why stack is set at 0x20 bytes below ("lea sp,[bp-0x20]"), not right below
code ("mov sp,bp")?
- why high nibble of cluster number is explicitly cleared ("and byte
[es:di+3],0x0f ; mask out top 4 bits")?
