     Not need to "remove", just say "Not Installed" for both floppy drives
in BIOS setup (usually first submenu - Standard CMOS Setup).

PS: Just tested under MS-DOS - unfortunately, MS-DOS continues to assign
drive letter A to (unavailable) floppy drive. (For "z:" command command.com
says `Invalid drive specification', for "a:" command it not says this, only
"Abort, Retry, Ignore, Fail"). :(
