     There shouldn't be such file. Other files (*.bat, segs.inc) depends
from name MSC.

     Oh, God, nice mistype. How I miss it? :) Of course, should be fixed in
all headers.

     There shouldn't be these files - there are TCPP3.MAK, TCPP.MAK and
BC.MAK. See CONFIG.B for list of names, which also used for calling
$(COMPILER).MAK.
