Just in case you didn't know, there's yet another program in this department: HX, see http://www.japheth.de. Japheth has been very helpful in finding bugs in DOSEMU's built-in DOS extender (yes even though the DPMI spec doesn't mention it, a DPMI server will have to provide some DOS extender services to be compatible just because Windows' built-in DPMI server does that too).
