Hi everyone,
I have a school project that involves a small OS we're writing. I'm on the
team that has to implement a FAT-like file system. I've heard that FreeDOS
has an implementation of FAT, and I'd like to look over the relevant parts
of the code, so I have some idea on what needs to happen. (right now I have
no clue on implementing FAT)
Could someone guide me as to what I should do? Meaning, source files to
grab and where to start looking through them and what to pay special
attention to? I'd be in your debt too if you knew of any good documentation
on the web that might be of use. Thanks very much.
-Jim
