Hi Reddy, http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/doc/coff/ provides lots of COFF info, but I think there are several file formats which are all called COFF. As DJGPP is open source, you can also read COFF file format aware source code in the sources of the compiler, linker / binutils, C library... For the MS variant of COFF, check their MSDN/WHDC info.
