Oh, you mean if you designate a UMB which has memory addresses used by the active screen, what would happen to the display? You'd get screen which doesn't update after EMM386 loads. Unless you have an application which does DMA writes to video memory. Theoretically possible and sample code to do it is available, but doubtful any non-toy program DMA's video.
Probably shouldn't do it if you are interested in useful work which involves the display.
