Here's the Ultimate Windows/DOS boot installation disk that decided to make it available
for those that need it and is now a disk image requires rawrite.exe to reproduce on 1.44MB floppy. This disk require care in its use as it contains a utility called killdisk, to assist in the preparation for installing Linux on a multiboot partite computer.
I will update this in about a week, as am writing a replacement for GSETUP (1988).
