Just to add to the issue regarding virus checkers. If you looking something that's pretty up to date all the time for dos. Try AVG, ....when you install it under windows 98 It knows there's dos still there and adds like a dos scan option, point being, you can then ask it to create a few floppies for dos scans. Not very 'installed version for dos' but a least its a good scan, as AVG is always being maintained.
