Hi Eric,

  Thanks again for responding.

The only RAID cards I can find that will work is the Adaptec 2400A

Here is one for sale used. May go cheap.
http://cgi.ebay.com/Adaptec-4-Channel-ATA-100-Raid-Card-AAR-2400A-w-32MB_W0QQitemZ220310778359QQcmdZViewItemQQptZCOMP_EN_Networking_Components?hash=item220310778359&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1205%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318#ebayphotohosting

I can't buy it. I only can purchase with a USPS money order.

I'm fairly sure that Adaptec has a driver for DOS.

Or the Promise Fastrak cards for PATA, or SATA [TX4310].
The driver may be a big concern.

Thanks for the QNAP links, I'm afraid that I'd want RAID 5. Min. about
$800.

Sincerely,

Gregory D. MELLOT
