Good idea! :-)
It should definitely be something handled by the FDPKG program... This way any 
wrapper will be able to easily install anything without source (FreeDOS 
installer, FDUPDATE, etc). Of course, FDPKG would also need to support "mixed" 
packages natively (ie. be able to install properly a package named, say, 
"lbacache.zip", which contains both sources and binaries)...
