Technically UIDE doesn't require XMS nor an XMS manager if omitting the 
caching function.
The /N1 /N3 /B parameters should do fine, for example perform a F5 clean 
boot, then:
DEVLOAD UIDE.SYS /D:FDCD0001 /N1 /N3 /B
