Have you tried MetaKern? It's meant for sharing DOS boot sectors. http://www.freedos.org/software/?prog=metakern You could also probably just make a boot floppy (or similar) for each. It might be easier. BTW, I assume you're using a real physical "harddrive" and not just under an emulator.
