But I did find out that the download link (the one removed from the main site)
still works, so this is the direct download link:
http://dl1.avgate.net/down/windows/ntfs_h.exe
It would be wise thou to be carefull and not cause too much traffic on this
direct link since Avira may then decide to take it down forever.
As for FreeDOS compatibility: I do not know.
I'm also certain that there will be other drivers like that for other
filesystems.
