Hi, "Looked it up" doesn't mean much. Did you upload it or scan it? If all you did was search for the filename "killer.exe", then that's not exhaustive at all. It could be literally anything. I'm not suggesting you keep it around very long (and certainly you shouldn't run it), but it's impossible to know what it is just by guessing on name alone. Like I said, even antivirus flagging it isn't enough to 100% prove anything.
