I was also going to recommend SIOUX http://www.georgpotthast.de/sioux/ There was also a similar "web server on DOS" project called F.I.S.H. - the FreeDOS Internet Services Host. I don't know what happened to it, and I can't find a link. I think that one may have stalled out.
