All those files look good. Seems odd that you have 1.6GB free on the C: drive of 7.8GB. A full install of FreeDOS with source is probably only 1GB or so.
What’s the content of autoexec.bat, fdconfig.sys, gem.bat, device.raw, and shell.raw?
