It 100% is a problem, yes. I have reproduced it, but more to the point, you can see it here on this video on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LQmYMIUTRns The video creator appears not to notice that it's broken, amazingly. Here is how it *should* look: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2TYUsL74ERU There is a comment on that first video that points out that it's horribly broken but the instructions are inadequate. He doesn't say what folder it is *meant* to be in. It does not work installed in \OPENGEM or \GEM so it is not either of those.
