This is an old Email recalled from Mutt's old cache here, not sure if it

Qemu, was able to resolve using "-rtc base=localtime"  However, my bios is in 
local time (Dell Optiplex 755), and FreeDOS continues reporting +4/+5 hours 
ahead.  Weird.
