To clarify. I will not have any Win OS above 7. And I will only have 7
if I am confident M$ cannot "update" it without my consent. If
necessary I will drop back to WXP - I just installed a recent copy of
WXP Black on my storage box. My only reason for Win at all is if Linux
cannot run something I want.
The only Linux I currently have are Winux and Q4OS.
A long time ago I installed Linux on a dedicated HDD.
I never tried to network Linux, which will be an absolute necessity.
I probably have tools that can do anything necessary to a HDD.
