I found a bad bug with the ibiblio repository interactions. I did fixed
it just now.
Sorry about the bug. For those who are on ibiblio repository configs.
The latest version can always be found here.

and you can install it with:
htget -o fdnpkg16.zip http://4ch.mooo.com/freedos/repos/1.4/net/fdnpkg16.zip
fdinst install fdnpkg16.zip
if you got a newer system then you can get it from github or so

# [fix] Restored temp batch script creation and usage. The problem was
ibiblio url is so long that system() cannot understand the very long
command and throws a -1.
