I watched for about the first five minutes (that's when I got the first ad and gave up; the video is 17:25) and he first mentions FreeDOS at about the 2:53 mark. Throughout the first five minutes, he's just talking about what DOS is.
I couldn't watch more than that because the entire video appears to be AI-generated. The video is a series of AI-generated slop images on the left, with a dude sitting there in a narrow window on the right, narrating the video. I think he's AI-generated too; or if he's a real human, his delivery is unfortunately flat, even, and robot-like (at least in the first 5 minutes). He also doesn't actually move around that much, just sitting there for the entire video. He pronounces "DOS" differently several times, which seemed odd for a video about someone who says he used DOS.
