release to give time to translators

Please somebody push an updated ipa.pot to Zanata or tell me who can do
it ( i'll contact with ).
Rob was updating it yesterday but I'm not sure how that ended up, may be
he wasn't able to push to Zanata yet.
Don't worry, we are at 4.6.90.pre2 right now and current coverage for
Russian language is very good even with old pot file:
ru.po: 4168 translated messages, 96 untranslated messages.
Hopefully, we'll get Zanata updated this week and you'll have few more
weeks before 4.7 release to complete the translation.
