What do you mean by "migrating from one FreeIPA server to another FreeIPA
server"?

If the new server is a replica with DNS enabled, zones would be replicated
with other data.

If it is a new deployment, than you should be looking into ipa migrate-ds:
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_enterprise_linux/7/html/linux_domain_identity_authentication_and_policy_guide/using-migrate-ds.


Note that FreeIPA DNS nameserver must be authoritative, and having two
realms/domains serving the same zones might not be the best setup.
