Hi!

1) Proxy mode binds a socket to 127.0.0.1 by default. Man page could be
updated to reflect that the proxy mode should be used on a machine that is
treated `secure' only.

2) *--proxyaddr* allows to override binding address of the proxy socket. I see
no reason to guard a person from shooting himself to the foot if he insists to
do so by configuring the tool in such a way.

3) I did not get the idea to hide this socket inside a TLS-ish tunnel - it
breaks the main feature attaching a (k)gdb to a remote serial port.

I will split my patch into refactor and new feature parts once we're on the
same page with the concept itself. It should be pretty much straightforward.
