It's the same version that was in RHEL5, but for some reason Redhat didn't bother to pull down a new version (0.7.6 was released February 2009, 0.8.1 in December 2009, 1.0 in January 2011, 1.1 in January 2012, 1.2 in August 2012). I'd highly recommend you upgrade. If Redhat wants to backport a patch into their version, you can submit a bug to them and I can point them in the right direction of a patch to fix it.
