Hello Dimitry and Chris, I have just fixed a bug in the method htmlToPlain, originally contributed by me as part of WYSIWYG patch. The fix can be found at the patch:

The core of the fix is to ensure that the replacement of "&" with "&" is the very last operation. Could you please incorporate the bug fix into 0.9.0? Thank you.
