CVS is always nice. It provides a much better control over the code and
it's easier to find out who did what and why things don't work anymore :-)

I'll contact people at seul.org and find out what is needed to set up a
tree there. I haven't done CVS root stuff before, but I don't expect this
to be too much of a problem.
As to providing tarballs, I will soon have a server that will run 24/7 on
the net (486, not sufficient for hosting anything) that (hopefuly) can run
a daily job of getting all CVS stuff and upload it to some ftp site.
