I'll be out most of Monday and Tuesday, so you won't
have to endure my endless spew about virtualization
implementation etc.
Don't assume the reprieve will last long though!
I'm working on filling in the gaps with my next
section "VIRTUALIZING THE GUEST OS PAGE TABLES".
It's really one of the last topics we really need
to think through, for running a straight 32bit guest
OS. The rest of the stuff to talk about relates
to performance enhancements and running 16bit crud.
Well, OK, I probably should revisit instruction
pre-scanning and fill that out a little.
Thereafter, I forsee the issues getting much
more fine-grained, and the *.tar.gz distro
file (and CVS tree) growing rapidly.
Hope you have found this peer review process
as useful as me.
