Thanks for all the instructions on using CVS.  I downloaded
the tree and ran "cvs diff -u" fine.  Included are a few diffs
I had talked about.  I just realized we haven't work out some
of the administrivia stuff for write access, so Ulrich how
about you make the updates.

We should probably keep the ChangeLog file.  This way
read-only access users have something to update before
they invoke diff or cvs diff.
