Sorry about not being quite clear in my other post at this
level...........:
All OEM windows systems are alike.........,
    but those that weirdoes like myself hack into sometimes end up a
little altered....
If I am right (and only "IF"--which is a big one, but seems right due to
my experience) then one makefile will work for 99.999999% of all Win32
style systems.  I was just saying that there will need to be a little
room (or documentation ) to wiggle in may be needed.
