Summery: Nothing has changed

As anyone who has looked at the website source will know - it's a mess of
tables. Tables are currently used everywhere for pretty much everything (which
is kindof a testiment to their power), but it's not pretty.

In the sprit of clean websites I've just ported the website to CSS2 using it's
postioning system. It works and it's neater than tables everywhere.

Browser test:
        Mozilla - Passes, renders perfectly
Konqueror - Nearly, it has a padding error in <div> elements
        NS4 - Utter failure

Because so many people are still using NS4 I'm *not switching the live website
to CSS2*. It breaks too much. However, in the future it's a definate possibility.
