It is, I delayed as I heard a rumour that there was a bug, but it seems to
be unfounded.
Unfortunately Sebastian Spaeth, who normally does the Windoze .exe, is out
of town right now - so that may need to wait. Hopefully someone else will
take it on (or if things get *really* bad, I could try it myself, but
using Windows makes me come out in blisters).
