Do their programs require Java?  Given, it could be done with
a native-code compiler, or ported to C++.  I haven't checked
their web page yet, but are they having uber-corperations pay for them
to scan for infringing content?  If so, the software is only used internaly
and would not be required to release any code.

If they are infringing on the GPL, its quite ironic:  A program 
designed to track IP infringers infringes IP.
