I've been annoyed by FProxy's promiscuous behavior for a while now, and
nothing's been done about it, even though it's really easy to restrict the
connection to localhost, and only a little harder to read a configuration
file.
So I was reading through all the code and I can put a chastity belt on
FProxy really quick. Should I? Oskar, did you rewrite any of that crap?
Anybody else?
P.S.: I've been awake for 20 hours already, for no good reason (I finished
that mapfile crap long ago) and it looks like I'm gonna be awake for at
least 10 more. So if anyone wants this terrible vulnerability fixed, now's
the time to ask (or you can do it yourself). I only write code when I've
been awake for abnormal periods of time. Now I feel extra-cold for some
reason. Weird....
