[Freenet-dev] Freenet-nojava-setup0.3.9.exe binary for windows

Just installed this beta release. Comments: a) the binary frequest.exe is missing b) the java search tools is no more happy with the jview.exe as before it really prefers java.exe   Thanks a lot. Regards. Francois
