I have setup the JavaEnvironment and Freenet
successfully.
I can see the red rabbit in the system tray.
Fproxy(127.0.0.1:8081) runs successfully.
But, from the mainland of China, I cannot reach the
website successfully.
I have tried the following site:

4. Freenet: Freenet 0.3.9
5. NetWork Setting: I'm behind a wingate proxy of
LAN. In the proxy,
http, socks, pop, smtp is listening.
