Well, I think you should probably install the two different flavors of
the software on your two different systems (Mandrake and Windows),
since that's easier and they each take up about a Mb of space or so.
Then, you need to point your freenet.ini (on Windows) and your
.freenetrc (on Linux) at the same Windows directory. You want to set
these variables:
dataPath
dataPropertiesPath
dataStorePath
Of course, the path syntax will be different on Windows and Linux.
Also, you'll need to set the ListenPort the same.
I'd be surprised if this works, but give it a try!

P.S. If you're really ambitious, you could -maybe- even do a single
software installation (the Windows one) and add the freenet.jar to
your CLASSPATH in Linux. You'd have to do the node/insert/request
commands by hand, though.
If that sounds like so much moon-man language, don't bother.
