Just close the DOS window in 0.3.6 brutally and ignore it. Freenet
should work nevertheless afterwords. It is a known issue for some people
(actually quite a lot :-), and I am working at this moment with a nice
guy from Australia to solve this issue.
I expect a fixed version of the installer within a week or so if we are
lucky (and my assumption of the error is correct).
