Does the generator maintain international templates? At least any
needed number of labels in appropriate languages for each item/value.
But maybe not only a single text label for an item as well as for its
value choices, but also codes (user doesn't need to see them) from a
basic classificators (or few) like Read or Snomed. This will provide
more easy data exchange. It also can be used to keep synonyms in the
same language. For instance "Low back pain" has concept Read code
Xa0wt and terms "Nonspecific pain in lumbar region", "Lumbago",
"Lumbar pain" have the same concept code, though a different term code
each.

If the text is something like plain text in paper medical records,
IMHO it is almost for nothing - any person analysed such style records
can conclude that hardly ever something usable can be extracted.

I am ready to start. Can graphic input controls be included to the
forms? Can a template be created like an example can be seen at
http://exper.ural.ru/trauma/harris_e.phtml ?
I already uploaded the javascript code for this style of arc input
controls to Andrew and maybe he includes this to OIO - IMHO it can be
used in FreePM also.
