Thanks for your patience. If you create a Folder in the Zope management interface with Cyrillic characters, does it work okay? If so, then there are two possible fixes. Easy one. Edit FreePM/standard_html_header Change this line: <META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"> to the correct character set. Hard one. I may have to go through and insert the attribute url_quote in about 1000 places. :-( Since I controlled the creation of urls I didn't use this attribute anywhere. I prefered to replace spaces with underscores, etc. So that if objects were exported they would work with other systems easier. May have been a bad design descision? If we have to add the url_quote attribute would you be willing to help? Please Cc: the mailing list.
