Change one line of code for the HTML display and one line for the
PDF. They do not have to be exactly the same either. For instance
in the upcoming 0.9.2b version I have included a link in the
Encounter reports so that you can jump directly from the HTML
report to the Encounter note.
A little HTML knowledge is about all you need.

DYK's are my, more honest, version of the FAQ. While there are
a
few questions that I have been asked many times they are
necessarily questions you would see in an FAQ. Since we haven't
been around long enough to compile a "real" list of FAQ's, this
seems more approriate.
