Electronic claims management is not built in. We do offer
services to interface the electronic health record to existing
practice management systems.

The data is stored on a server located at the practice site (or a
location chosen by the practice).

A Python object database.

There is one database file that needs to be backed up.  We offer
an IBM x-Series server with RH Linux that includes a tape drive
for on site backup.
